Linda is a professional writer. She loves to read. Her favorite authors are Daphne du Maurier (Rebecca, House On The
Strand, The Birds), Joyce Maynard (Domestic Affairs, At Home In The World), and Nicolas Sparks (Bridges Of Madison County,
The Notebook, Message In A Bottle). Her favorite poet is Emily Dickinson ("Hope is a Thing With Feathers", and "This Is My
Letter To The World"). She also enjoys Edgar Allen Poe and Walt Whitman. She is a wife, mother and grandmother. She is a devoted
Yorkshire Terrier owner. Linda has been writing for collectible doll and toy publications for eighteen years. She is
also the author of five romantic novellas and digests published by Midnight Showcase Publishers. Linda White-Francis
has had three articles written about her extensive writing background and doll collecting endeavors in the Tampa Tribune:
once in 2001, and again in 2006 and 2008.

I just finished reading Jumping the Funny Bones Digest by Midnight Showcase
which included authors K.C Foster, Megan
Hussey, Linda White-Francis and Barbara
Donlon Bradley. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed all fours stories in this
book.
Barbara started off the book by making me laugh with her story Picture
Perfect. I envied her character Susan for being
able to create the perfect man
and he pleases her with every command. The author adds those little details that
pull
the story together, like Susan's mother always popping out of the picture
frame. As a child one of my favorite TV shows
was Bewitched and this story
reminded of those times, I found comfort and joy reading this one.
The next story is Brooklyn's
T-Bird Man by Linda White-Francis. This was a cute
romance that made you realize how everything does happen for a reason.
Brooklyn
thought she would never feel love again and along comes her T-Bird man. Little
did she know that somehow her
dead husband had a hand in them meeting. This
story will leave you feeling that even in the worst of times, great things
can
come out of it.
The Third story is Prince of Wood by Megan Hussey. After reading this story I
was wishing I could
have a visit from Thornton, the time-traveling mannequin.
This story is funny and sexual at the same time. I loved the
scene in the book
where Gierra is in the kitchen singing into a ladle spoon, "Horny, Horny,
Horny." The characters in
this story came alive for me.
The last story is K.C Foster's Fill Your Prescription: An Adventure of Billy
Boner. When
I saw the character's name was Billy Boner, I knew it was going to
be a fun ride and believe me it was. The main thing
I can say about this story
is if your sex drive is in Neutral, read about Billy Boner and Mrs. Chambers and
that will
get you back in drive. I was sad when this story ended. I wanted to
read more about Billy Boner and his adventures.
Overall
you can't go wrong with this book. If you are looking for a weekend read while laying out in the garden swing or taking that
long bubble bath, Jumping the Funny Bones is the book to take along.

I just finished your story and enjoyed every line; what a beautiful romance. I was cheering for the couple
every step of the way, and felt genuine concern when they were in danger on the boat. I also enjoyed Teri's rapport with
her friend during their shopping trip. The wedding was beautiful and the ending just perfect; such a great read!
